O Sächsisches Krankenhaus Arnsdorf é uma instalação médica distribuída em vários edifícios integrados em um ambiente semelhante a um parque com árvores maduras e espaços verdes. O complexo oferece tratamentos especializados em psiquiatria, neurologia, fisioterapia, arteterapia e apoio psicossocial.
O estabelecimento abriu suas portas entre 1907 e 1912 como centro especializado para transtornos neurológicos e psicológicos na Saxônia. Foi um dos primeiros lugares onde tais doenças eram tratadas com conhecimento médico moderno.
O hospital foi fundado com o princípio de tratar pessoas independentemente de sua origem ou fé, e essa abordagem continua a definir o trabalho diário aqui hoje.
